We are looking for an experienced Branch Expansion Head to lead our Pan-India branch expansion initiatives. The role involves identifying new locations and managing end-to-end branch setup to support business growth. Key Responsibilities Drive Pan-India branch expansion strategy Identify and finalize new branch locations Manage end-to-end branch opening activities Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors Ensure regulatory and statutory compliance Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality standards Requirements 5–10 years of experience in branch expansion / rollout Proven track record of opening new branches across India Experience in NBFC / Banking / Financial Services preferred Strong coordination, negotiation, and project management skills Willingness to travel extensively Qualification Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline
