Strong knowledge of HR operations and HR management practices • Experience in recruitment, selection, and onboarding • Knowledge of employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures • Familiarity with labour laws and statutory compliance • Experience in performance management and employee development • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and coordination abilities • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and HR reporting • Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory • Ability to communicate effectively with regional teams across different locations
