Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with company policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- The Branch Development Coordinator is responsible for providing approvals for gold loans to the branches in the assigned region, ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines.
- Analyze branch-level performance and develop action plans to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing teams to set achievable targets and monitor their performance regularly.
- Ensure high-quality customer service is delivered to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Coordinate with the central operations team and CCTV teams, to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency of branches.
- Generate regular reports on branch performance, business metrics, and market trends for management review.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is a must
- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi are a must
- Knowledge of gold loan products, investment options, and the NBFC industry will be an advantage
- Understanding regulatory compliance and guidelines related to the NBFC industry will be an advantage
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office applications are needed
